By accessing the Évènements Pourki website, making a reservation or participating in our activities, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Évènements Pourki offers French immersion stays, outdoor activities and private events. Descriptions and availability may change without notice to reflect operational realities.
3. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse a reservation if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or if participation could compromise the safety of other guests.
5. Changes and Cancellations
For any change or cancellation request, please contact us by email at info@pourki.com or by phone at (514) 529-0222. Applicable conditions are provided in your booking confirmation.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to follow safety instructions, use provided equipment properly and respect the natural environment. Évènements Pourki reserves the right to exclude anyone whose behaviour endangers the group or disrupts the activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos and trademarks on this site belong to Évènements Pourki or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. User-Generated Content
Reviews or testimonials submitted may be published on our platforms. By sending content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for promotional purposes, subject to protecting your privacy.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure the safety and quality of our services, but we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use or participation in activities, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page. Continuing to use our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Saint-Hyacinthe.
